Narrative

Barbra L. Rabinowitz specializes in various types of general corporate and transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions for small to medium business, as well as employee benefits, ERISA and HIPAA related matters.

Ms. Rabinowitz has most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel to a national third-party health claims administration company, where she handled all aspects of the company’s legal affairs and developed corporate policies and procedures in connection with the company’s operations.

Prior to her tenure as General Counsel, Ms. Rabinowitz was a partner in a law firm in New York, where her practice focused primarily on general corporate matters and ERISA.
